Philip "Fatis" Burrell, producer of dancehall megahits, head honcho of X-terminator Sound Records, who "broke" Luciano, Capleton & Sizzla (among others), and helped reintroduce roots & Jah Rastafari into Jamaican popular music in the 1990s, has passed away.
